First, our raw materials require vacuum degassed steel billets to ensure that the sulfur and phosphorus content is ≤0.015%, and the hydrogen content is ≤2ppm (reducing the risk of white spots). ASTM A105 (carbon steel), A182 F316L (stainless steel), A694 F65 (high-strength pipeline steel) are mostly used.

In the second step, our sawing or flame cutting tolerance is less than ±2mm, which can make the heating uniform.

Then Longan's ring forged flanges use a natural gas rotary furnace or induction furnace to heat up to about 1150°C (carbon steel) or about 1200°C (stainless steel) in stages, and the insulation time is ≥1.5 hours/100mm section.

Finally, the ring is rolled using a CNC radial-axial ring rolling machine, and the maximum pressure during die casting can reach 4,000 tons
