How to reflect?

Longan's forging process advantages are very strong. Forging refines the metal grain structure by hammering or extrusion, flows along the flange contour, and eliminates internal defects such as pores and magazines that may be produced by casting.

Our flanges have higher mechanical properties. Compared with cast flanges, steel forged flanges have significantly improved tensile strength, yield strength, and impact toughness at low temperatures, and are better used.

Product materials can be selected

ASTM A105 (carbon steel), A182 F304/F316 (stainless steel)

ASTM A105 material:

Yield strength: ≥ 300 MPa

Tensile strength: ≥ 485 MPa

Elongation: ≥ 25%

ASTM A182 F304/F316 material:

Tensile strength: ≥ 520 MPa

Yield strength: ≥ 200MPa

Elongation: ≥ 30% (50mm gauge length)

Pressure tolerance and sealing reliability

The core function of flange connection is to safely seal the medium and prevent leakage. Leakage not only causes material loss and environmental pollution, but is also likely to cause serious safety accidents such as fire and explosion. How can this be achieved? The most critical factor is pressure. The flange must have a sufficient pressure rating to meet it.

Another is flange rigidity. With sufficient strength and thickness, the Steel Forging Flange plate is minimally deformed under the action of bolt preload and internal pressure, maintaining uniform contact on the sealing surface.
